No Ice

I'm not an ice skater.

Or a slush skater.

But its all fun and games, right?

I'd like to make a public apology to all of my friends who had to "ice skate" with me.

At least I brought the camera and made you feel good about yourself.

A Malta Triathlon

Yesterday I had my own little triathlon.

First I rode the Mummsie's adorable bike to the Grush pool.

Second I "swam" some laps.

Third I ran my little heart out on the treadmill. (It was a little hot outside and ever since my half I've been skeptical about running in the heat.)

And that is why I love summer and not having kids/responsibilities. I can workout all day long!

This made me think that I haven't done a biathlon post in a while.

That would be insanely fun.

Almost as fun as mud volleyball.

Bi-athletes

One sport is hard enough to play, but two? I personally have not tried, but someday I will. Like maybe biking/running or the winter Olympic biathlon of cross-country skiing/rifle shooting or maybe even:

rollerblading/tennis!! I thought I was so creative putting those two together until I found out that someone else did. Oh well, I 'll think of some other biathlon.
