So yesterday at Bye Bye Birdie practice (sorry you will probably hear a lot about it since that's about all I'm doing this summer) we were running through a song for the first time and at the end there is a high C for any brave soprano. And I'm not talking about the C above middle C, try the C above that. Anyways so I just go for it and miraculously don't make a fool of myself. Now, another girl and I, are singing high C, but that's not the best part. Later Dylan was kind enough to inform me that him and some other boys quite enjoyed our facial expressions while we vibrato-ed the crap out of our voices. It was mainly the other girl who takes opera classes or something diva-ish like that, but I was wondering, was it something like this?:
Do you get to wear something fancy like that? I wish I could hit a high C.
